This site gathers my creative work: essays, fiction, fragments, poems, photographs, and slow video.

The work begins with close attention to ordinary life: rooms, streets, books, films, images, gestures, memory, and the small pressures of living with other people. Some pieces are brief and regular; others take longer.

Writing and images sit together here as one practice of noticing. The aim is to stay with the thing itself long enough for thought to arrive.
